Ouch! That sucks!

I have stories of getting to the hill and breaking equipment, then having to head home (like BOA laces). I have also forgotten things before, but never the crucial things. To help, I have a snowboarding backpack meant for back-country. I stock it with the following:

-Extra binding straps
-tuning kit
-tools
-wax (rub on and fluoro paste)
-avalanche shovel (no need here, but don't want to forget it when I do need it!)
-extra board-specific socks
-extra BOA laces
-extra gloves
-super glue
-fleece layers
-extra headphones
-deodorant (yes, it comes in handy sometimes)
-several extra hats
-bandanas, ninja mask, neoprene face-masks, etc
-two pairs of goggles, 5 extra lens's

I can also attach my helmet and boots to carabiners that I added to my straps, making sure I don't forget anything. In short, I take this every time I go anywhere. I never have to worry, but it is a pain to lug around.
