Rosey Fletcher, age 30, Wins Bronze in Boardercross

Most Grays on Trays aren't into competitive riding--halfpipe, slopestyle, boardercross, etc.--but we can still appreciate the skills of those who do. Talk about the Olympics, X Games, the U.S. Snowboarding Open, etc. here.

Rosey Fletcher, age 30, Wins Bronze in Boardercross

Rosey Fletcher, a native of Alaska, won the bronze medal in the womens' competition of snowboard cross. Why do I mention it? She's 30 -- just barely, by my books, a member of Grays on Trays. Granted, it's not like she started after age 29 -- my favorite kind of boarder -- but it is rare that someone in their 30s wins a medal of any kind.
